XBL compatible ISP's?

On Gamespot, they said that Microsoft has come up with a program designating which ISP's are the most compatible with XBOXLIVE. Can anyone find or tell me where that list would be located?

The only BB ISP that I know that does not work would be AOL.

But then again, it's AOL so honestly what does one really expect.
