How many megs per hour of bandwidth will Xbox Live use?

I was wondering if any beta testers or anyone in the know knows how many megabytes per hour of bandwidth Xbox Live uses? I have a cap on my upload and download bandwidth and am looking for a definitive answer on this.

Are there any beta testers is Canada that use Live with Sympatico and have there been any bandwidth issues? I don't expect to be on it a ton but I don't want to hog all my family's bandwidth in case they need it as well. Plus I want to investigate this fully before I invest in the Live kit and a router.....

Any help would be appreciated.

It's hard to say on that one. There might be updates to download.
Then it epends on what game you play, how many are playing in the game with you, how much you use the communicator, how much other's use their communicators...

in one month, its feasible to do 1 - 5 gigs easily.... just depends on what games you play and how often....

just websurfing, i've done 300+ megs in about 4 hours (not downloading anything, just surfing the net)
