Yup everything that you need will come with the starter kit. Except the isp part. Thats good that you will be getting the Live. Ill have it by this weekend.

Hey Leo, you might want to checkout the XBL forum on this site. There is a sticky thread where over 100 of us XBA'ers have put up our gamertags. I'm not sure how many will give you their real name or age. There is also a thread on here with a link to http://www.gamertagdatabase.com/index.php where you can find people on XBL all over the country.

I can't get it either... I live in a town of 5000, it seems like dial up is here for a long time. To make it even worse, Nov 15th is my birthday! Oh well, best of luck to everyone else.:(

You can get broadband anywhere if you are willing to pay for it. Starband and Directway 2 way satellite systems average $60-$100 a month plus $200-$500 in equipment. Alot of smaller areas are setting up wireless broadband networks. Just as fast as DSL and around $60 a month if you got it plus $300 in equipment.

I'll admit though that the first question I have asked my last 3 landlords is "Does this place get cable internet?" Once you go broadband, you can't go back.
