View Full Version : EB taking preorders on Halo 2

Probably old news, but I didn't see it posted anywhere.

I went and picked up my copy of Unreal Chamionship and thought I'd take a shot and ask if they were taking preorders for Halo 2. The nerd behind the desk said they just started taking them a few days ago. Now, they might have been taking them already online, but I'm not sure.

Just thought I'd let you all know if you didn't already.

I'm 1st on the list at my EB.

And did you know that gamestop is too, but Halo2 cost $54.99 from them when it cost $49.99 at EB!?

Can it live up to the hype? It could possibly be the greatest hype in a long time. I hope Bungie doesn't crack under the pressure.

GokuX, i think it will....i think the xbox could use a bit of hype right now..I think that halo 2 is going to be like GTA: vice city ...saleswise with sales and preorders

I have no clue why Gamestop is charging $54.99 for it. Maybe I can find out when I go in to work Monday. At the store I am at we have been preordering for about a month now. So far, I think it was 7. Alot of people don't know about it yet.

I personally would not pre-order something that is over 1 year away (taking into account it may also get delayed from now till next X-mas).

Why not preorder it? I'm EXPECTING it to get delayed until XMas. If I ever change my mind(Which I never will) I'll just do the same thing I did with my Brute Force preorder.....I transferred it over to Unreal Championship. It's simple.

could this be what will happen next Nov. 15th? i mean they have started a trend of Nov. 15th being a special day... whats more special then halo 2?
