guest headset trouble

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have two guests on my xbox and they both have headsets. But they can't hear or talk? Any solutions? (for UC)

guests cant use headsets.

i believe if you save your account info onto your memory card, you can upload that info to your friends box...then you can use your headsets.

don't quote me though, i just think i remember hearing that somewhere.

well my dad loves playing moto gp, and wanted to buy a headset so that he can listen and talk while playin, but i guess he's stuck asking me wats happening, lol
