only one I could find was that you get a new mech for LAN play if you beat single player.......any one ?

think about it tho, cheats are ok, but they are only good AFTER you beat the game. otherwise, cheats just ruin the fun the first time u play through. thank god halo didn't have cheats, it would probably ruin the game.

For lan and XBL according to IGN

if you beat the single player camapign, you unlock Ymir and Ragnarok.

But you have to beat the level where you fight the Ragnarok again to get the Ymir. Difficulty doesn't matter.

This may be a little out dated, but just in case someone new browses this forum: To unlock the Ragnorock AND the Ymir all you have to do is beat the game on any setting. You then can use both of these new 'mechs in multi player, Live, LAN, what ever mode you choose.
