Massively Multiplayer Online games.
That's right. Thousands of us box-heads piddling around a fantasy cyberspace and plotting how we can dominate it- on a microphone headset.
Okay guys, gimme the low-down on what the deal is with this. The ONLY things I've read from Microsoft's literature is that two MMO's are going to be released for the Xbox in the near future.
1) True Fantasy Live
and
2) Star Wars Galaxies
I don't care too much for the cartoon-like anime screenshots of True Fantasy Live, so I'm not to excited about that. As far as Star Wars Galaxies goes, I might buy it, but I'm not too enthusiastic about hanging out with the likes of Jar Jar.
So, are there ANY mmo's rumored to be released that stick to good old tolkien fantasy? Anything like Ultima Online, Dark Age of Camelot, or even Everquest?
