Raven Shield?

This is a game I hope will be one to aquire, from what I can see it is a bit similar to conflict in that its a third person game. Has anyone heard any decent preview on it and when is it hitting the streets? Also, whats the thought on Swat Global strike team? I reckon these two will be the ones to get for definite!
