My XBOX mic broke (The piece that connects band with mic)... What should I do to solve this? I need a new mic. Duct Tape is irrating (Wont work) and others... HELP!

I went to Circuit City and picked up a Belkin hands-free kit for about 15 bucks to replace mine.

Well, MS wants 30$ and well... I might do it. I liked the headset so MUCH! I am lookin on Ebay @ the moment to see... They want me to send in MINE than wait for a new one. They wont ship till mine is recieved!

i'd just buy a cellphone hands free kit.... work just as well, and will probably be more comfortable as well.

just buy a starter kit....swap mics...return the starter kit with the broken mic and get your refund .....it works ;)

Hands free cell phone set seems to work great for me. My headset broke during the beta and I went this route and find it is much more comfortable than MS's.
