Splinter Cell Help with the 2 cooks.

Hey. I am at the part where i need to get to the South Wing. I know that you need to climb along that gutter above the balcony and go through the window where the 2 cooks are but thats my problem. I get into the room crouched down behind something and that CIA guy comes in a spits in the food. The guy then leaves and the 2 cooks are there by the door and no matter what i do i cant get past them. I have 4 bullets left and i can kill one of them but the other sounds the alarm.........can anyone help me out please??????????

as soon as the guard spits in the food he should leave the room. after he leaves and the door closes run directly in front of the alarm blocking the cooks from it, they should then panic and run around and hide from you, then you can then just knock em out and hide em.

after the guard leaves... I throw a bottle (which can be found directly to the right after you come in the window) and throw it into the freezer.. the cooks go in there to see what happened.. and you can calmly sneak by..

All you have to do is wait for the soldier to slip out of the kitchen, simply follow him, when you get into the dark lunchroom, either shoot him or sneak up behind him, hide his body behind the serving line, then run out of the room until you hear the music get dramatic and hide back in the darkness of the lunchroom take that guy out do the same thing, then sneak downstairs and grab teh guy closest to the center computer and grab him, slowely walk up on the other guard and cap him, hide both bodies, then use the computer, run up to the 2nd floor and wait for the colonel
