How many multiplayer maps?

¿do you have to unlock any at all, or do you get to use all of them, and how many are there?

u can play multiplay on all the single player maps(some of which are better then the multi player ones) Then there is 6 multiplayer maps adn 3 unlockable multiplayer maps

15 mission maps
6 multi maps(originaly)
3 multi maps to unlock
