splinter cell help

i am on the fifth or sixth level, the chinese one where you have to meet the contact. i can not seem to find him. i have been down in the sewer with the three guards, but i can not figure out what to do next. i have been able to knock out all three guards, but i have not found anywhere to go. do you meet the contact before you go underground or am i on the right path, if you dont want to give me the answer, a hint would be nice.

i'll tell u this, u gotta get outa the sewer, there is another opening hole to go back up to the ground. u cant get past through the sewer casue all the doors are locked. just look for an open up wiht a ladder above u to go back up to the ground on the street.
