GR has best community

I borrowed this game from friend and have been playing it for a week now and I have to say of all the XBL games I've tried it has by far the best community going. I have yet to have hosts disconnect when they were losing, no one has behaved like a jerk while in the game ( racing backwards, team killing, type of actions ) everyone shares info/tactics while playing its awsome. I personally chalk it up to 1 reason " NO STATS " I have also felt stats ruin games and for me anyways this is yet another reason why I think they suck. They should have 2 tiers, one for stat players because some people really enjoy the competion and what not associated with them and one for folks who are just there to play a video game for a few hours. I never let the jerks bother me but in 6 days I have yet to encounter any. I can't say that about the other titles thus far.

I agree that this game is great that said, I think since there are no rankings for this game that is why you dont see ppl diconnecting for no losses, again I agree. The amount of shear patience it takes to play detours most kidds, they instead spend there time on the other two shooters cussing and yelling. I would however love to see some states added to this game I am one of those who love that aspect of any game.

Yeah its a really tight game. I really enjoy Hamburger Hill. That mode takes some real teamwork and theres no room for twits. I have to agree with ya brevity as well that amount of patience required adds to the lack of undesirables as well. I'm definetly gonna pick this one up.

I agree, except for one point. Spawn squatters. There is nothing worse than getting into a game. Seeing everyone from the other team on your map running to your position and killing you over and over again. Granted, you can wait a few moments before jumping back into a game. But who wants to wait. I for one notice that whenever I accidentally come upon a spawn spot and I see a guy reappear before my very eyes. I run away and avoid that area entirely. There are a lot of excellent players on this game and I love playing it. I just don't like having a game ruined by being killed 10 times in a row during one game.

through my whole ghost recon expierience i have not met 1 cool person, at all, they have all been, mute people doing there own thing, this sucks because i bought this game to see some pretty cool people play and stragetize, i might try hamburger hill and see if there are any cool people here, but so far, people have just been pure ghey

Hey sphinx, I've been reading all of your posts about this game, and I agree that it does suck when you play with people who don't talk. One thing to keep in mind is that there have been a lot of new people on GR since the holidays. I guess a lot of people got it for Christmas. Anyway, I still find people that don't know they have to press the white button to talk. If you get in a game and no one is talking, you might want to mention the white button to them. If they still don't talk, I suggest finding a differrent game. Feel free to add me to your list. If you get into a game with a bunch of us from around here, I guarantee you will have a good time.

neway, yah, I hate people who don't talk it really frustrating when u get killed by some, and tell your teammates something like: "He's on the south east corner of the tower laying prone with the M98." and they say nothing, not a Roger, not a Copy, not even an OK or an alright. I HATE that. I also hate when u ask for cover fire etc and u get NOTHING, or when your team mates run into battle standing up and firing at nothing. Which reminds me, I also hate when people press FIRE to respawn, even though I tell them they can press Y and not risk giving away their position (and mine too, sometimes, but it's usually an honest mistake) and they STILL press fire to respawn. ahhh!!!!!

i love gc. i like how you cant run around shooting. well u can, but you wont die. its funny, my friend has a ps2, and he was playing online with me at my house. it was my turn, and i shot somebody in the head with a sniper, and they died and he said oh thats realistic, at least on ps2 it takes more than one headshot to die. funniest thing ive heard. lol. i also like the strategy and patience it takes.
