I pre-ordered my Xbox from Xbox Games Express back in June and to date I have not received my Xbox. I have been e-mailing them, but I have received no reply. I am starting to feel that maybe I got ripped off. Has anybody else out there received an Xbox from Xbox Games Express? Any information would be very helpful...thanks.

Hello Xboxers,

Although I am a TXB regular, I occasionally like to check out the other forums. What a way to start off my first post here.

I originaly thought that mine was an isolated incedent but now I see that there is a strong possibility that XGE is a fraud. I am in the exact same situation that you are in and there is one other dude over at TXB who is also having the same problem. While it is possible that we will never see our Xboxes from them, there are a few things that can be done to get XGE's attention.

Contact Microsoft's customer reps at 1-800-4MY-XBOX

File complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Internet Fraud Complaint Center

I hope this helps.

We have filed a report with the Fbi, but didn't have that 800 # for microsoft. Also, we filed a report with the Attorny General of NY:
http://www.oag.state.ny.us/
They have an internet fraud complaint division.

Western Union/money zap has said they closed the of the person behind XGE account b/c of complaints.

My teenage son was the purchaser....he mowed lawns all summer to save for the console and has just received a hard lesson.

Thanks again for your help,
( mom of hockeyfan)

You're welcome. I am sorry to hear about that, from personal experience, I know that mowing a lawn is a time consuming job and that he had to mow quite a few to save up for the Xbox. Did you have any luck in getting a refund through money zap? The other dude, spanky4, that I spoke of was able to get a temporary credit on his credit card account. I am going to try to do the same tomorrow.

BTW ... here is a link to the thread where I and several other people are currently discussing this problem.
