I've never heard of a SIM2 projector. Basically, the XBox can use and video device that is capable of accepting a composite, s-video, or component signal.

DLP - no problems
LCD - no permanent damage
CRT - not recommended

The HDTV AV Pack supports component cables. You wouldn't have to run it at HDTV resolution if your projector doesn't support it.

I don't know too much about this, but in the manual thing, I think it said that xbox doesnt work with projectors, because it will burn an image onto it or something.

As I stated above, it depends on what kind of projector you have.

I'd ship one to you myself if you sent me the cash.

However, I think you'd be better off buying an official PAL version when they come out in the Spring. Otherwise you'll be stuck with an XBOX that only plays region 1 DVDs. Maybe that's not important to you. I know I don't use mine to watch DVDs.
