Online play?

okay, i got this game with UC... I like both of them except for the fact that MA is kinda repetitive. Switch to missles keep shooting until your strong weapon (such as PPC or Gauss) is ready. Or even switch to machine guns to get the heat down.


Yeah yeah. I have only played the campaign, but even then... How is it played online... is it the same way? perhaps I am missing something? like the AA in UC?

This game is good online, its pure havoc. Alot of people still use the same weapon your talking about but its an all out war. I have not got any lag what so ever. Keep this game.

single player and online play are 2 DIFFERENT STORIES!!!!!!

I wouldn't pay anymore than $15 for the campaign (if that's all that the game included), but I would pay over $50 for the online play.


It's the most fun I've ever had playing a video game.

you have to play online to experience why MA is so special.

too good for you if you haven't experienced online play yet.

the pace of the game is 10 times faster, the players are 10 times better.

I think the online portion of the game is awesome. The single player is just there to get you two extra mech and get you used to the mechs. (Preparing you for online play)

Nothing like setting off a multiple mech explosion that kills an entire team. Especially if you have a good speaker setup.

The single player campaign really is not good at all. By the time i finished the 3rd mission i was so sick of the game I wanted to just play through to unlock other stuff. Same thing the entire game. Developers obviously got lazy since the last half of the game is in lava pits. Online looks fun, I haven't gotten Live yet but it looks like everyone is enjoying it.

Don't stand and "snipe" like some new Madcat pilots like to do. And switching around the weapons you use will make you kill your opponent much quicker than sitting there shooting PPC's over and over.

Fire at the head.

Switch to your powerful weapons as much as possible, but be careful of overheating.

KEEP MOVING.

Other than that, you'll just have to create your own survival strategies. Hehe.
