How do i put in cheat codes?

You have to start a game either load one or start a new on don't matter. When you are in the game you should be able to hit back on the controller that takes you to the main menu, you put it in there. If its the code that I have the cheat menu will be at the bottom, when you get it put in correctly.

Does the cheat menu pop up(at the bottom) when you put in the code?

I am not sure have not played it in a while but I think you just click on the thing and it gives it to you, like the painkillers you click on it and it should be full, or the wepons click it and you will have the weapons. If I am wrong sorry haven't played it in a long time.
