XBOX retail returns

I was at Circuit City today and while I was waiting for customer pickup I saw 2 XBOXs being returned within a 20min period.

That's how my friend got his XBox. I was with him at Best Buy, buying blank CDs, and then this woman returns an XBox becauase her son wanted a Gamecube (the monkey brained fool!) and so he sees it, yells, "Shyt!" outloud, and then grabs it.
