Has anyone ever bought any of the "E-bay" offers that leads to a web link to allow you to get a free or $25 xbox system. Just wondering if this is a scam. There are dozens if not more of these types of auctions going on at any one time.

I've never tried, but I would assume that it's nothing more than a scam.

I completely refuse to buy from Ebay. I heard lots of bad stories about people ordering something and not getting what they ordered.

I've bought and sold on eBay several times. Over 500 transacations. I had possibly 3 (if that many) that went bad. eBay is a great way to get stuff cheap, just be aware who you are buying from via feedback, email, phone calls, etc.... eBay is not for everyone though, you have to be trusting.
