Unfortunately, the Xbox will not read CD-Rs, at all...only originals...I tried...
Oh well....maybe someday someone will figure a way around that.

Win XPs cd creator works fine for making Xbox readable CDs if you only have 1 track...so CD-RWs are best

I've found that the XBOX will read any CDRW. You do not need to only use one track either. Just make sure you put the 2 second gap between tracks.
Also just because a cd is an original doesn't mean it will work either. I have some store bought trance cds and they wouldn't read in the XBOX.
I'm just glad that it at least reads something. Custom soundtracks rule.

Just wondering Abewarp... Why does your signature say "Halo rules" if you have the name of the character in Oddworld? Maybe your name is just Abe though, and I would look like a butt!

i have a burnt cd that worked for ripping music. it is just a cdr, i think it may depend on the company that made the cd....cuz i have like 10 cds from 1 company and they dont work, but the 1 i have from a different company works. sorry i dont know the name of the company, it is just a blank silver cd
