Are You Still Buying PSO Despite the Fee?

Ladies and gentlemen,

I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that there's a rumor floating around that PSO is going to be free of monthly fees. I've been asked by a friend at Microsoft to quash this rumor. In other words, he wants me to give you all bad news and then stand here and take the flames.

Phantasy Star Online WILL NOT BE FREE - there WILL be monthly charges.

I'm afraid I don't have details on what the cost will be, but it will be non-zero.

If you did not already know, PSO will come with a fee attached. Will the price have any impact on your opinion? I am still indifferent at the moment until I figure out how much it costs.

Nope Not with a monthy fee. I hope there's no monthy fee for True Fantasy Live Online, if there's no fee I'm getting it.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is 90% chance that there will be a monthly charge attached to TFLO. I don't have any concrete evidence, but Microsoft said that they would be charging for the MMORPG's. Now since there is nothing released about it, I don't go by my word. I guess we will see.

There's only a monthy fee because Sega wanted there to be one and microsoft tryed to talk them out of it. I'm not a big fan of cel-shaded, but TFLO could be fun.

I'll still buy the game if there is a fee, but it isn't set in stone that there will be one (hasn't been officially announced). I'm sure if there will be one though it will be less than $10 a month.

I wont be getting PSO cuz of the fee, for True Fantasy Online i heard some rumors that is was going to be free since its a game developed by microsoft. Lets hope for the best.
