Amped is a good time....i picked it up a few months ago for $20 used...

even though i have tony hawk 3 for PS2...i might pick it up for $20 for the custom soundtracks

That's a good question. Spy Hunter was an excellent game, I haven't seen it around for a long time.

I have spy hunter for PS2 and hated it. It is very repetative....and it got very fustrating very quickly. I reccomend you stay away.


I picked up amped for $20 new at circuit city about a month ago(it was the same price at best buy but they were sold out). I wish I owuld have waited tho...just to get the cool box art.

You should also look into max payne and THPS3...I have it for PS2 (only for the online play), they are both great games!

In my opinion, Amped is one of the most underrated games on the XBox...it's still one of my favorite games that I still proudly own

Perosnally, I liked Spider-Man. Thought it was a great game, but haven't played it much since I beat it. Also Amped is a great game, but I'll never be #1.

I love Amped. I beat it in three months or soo. That was like constant playing too. Finally one day in March, I became #1! I was soo happy when I beat it. Great game.

I just called a few stores about the Platnium Hit games and all of them had absolutely no clue what I was talking about.

Does anyone know a link to a site that has actual proof that there is gonna be Platnium Hit games on sale? Cause I haven't seen anything. I kinda have the feeling this was all made up

Dude, I have the MC Racing Wheel too. It's wicked! It's a bit hard to use for Project Gotham Racing, cause of all the skiding. It's great for NASCAR games. I haven't tried it on Rallisport Challenge yet, probably never will. Unless it comes out in the Platinum Hit list, then I'll pick it. Other than that, it is totally worth it! Best Racing Wheel on the market.

In the March issue of OXM there is a small artical about the Platinum Hits. Nothing that we havnt heard already...but it certainly makes this look like more of a reality

I have the universal MC2 (works on Xbox, PS2, GC, PSX, PSO) and it works great. It has increased my race times on every game i have 'cept for rallisport challange i suck at that game with the wheel but im awesome with the Controller S....so i dont use the MC2 for rallisport but every other racing game its awesome...

I got mine at www.gamestop.com for $60. but they also have it for $65 at EB

EB also has the console specific MicON wheels but i dont know the price

Gamestop has the console specific MC2 wheels as well (I dont know about the MicRONs) and they are $60 I believe

Id say your best bet is to get the unversal MC2 since its the same price...and even if you only own Xbox....your still covered if you get another console in the future (plus it will probably work on the PS3, XBOX2 ect. but thats way to far away to worrry about now)

*the wheel works great with project gotham, need for speed, burnout, nascar games, test drive, test drive offroad. Those are the ones I've used it with. It def. is harder because it's a lot more realistic then a controller, but onces you get the hang of it, it's a blast. The wheel will also work great for some of the upcomming racers (midnight club 2, midtown madness 3). The great thing about XBOX, is that it has a lot of racer.

Btw, the wheel lets you customoize the sensitivity of it. So if you are a beginnger you start at a different difficulty, then if you are advanced at it and can control the wheel without any help.
