adding friends typing wise

I can't figure out how to type a gametag in to add a person to my friends list. I tried every option and suboption I can find but I must be missing something. Can someone help me out please.

I'm playing ghost recon mostly and that's where I want to add friends at.

You need to do all of this without the disk in, in your dashboard. Go into Xbox Live, then Account Management, then Friends list, it's right there :)

yea, add in ur freind, then send the friend request and wait for ur firend to accept it.

Thanks everyone, I found it.

I was trying to add inside GR. I hope I can get friends for both GR and Halo.

I have Halo but I haven't tried it live yet.

Halo may be a little hard since it won't work on Live. If you want to play Halo online you still have to use programs like XBConnect.

You can, but you have to view your Friends List in there (Start, Online Options, Friends List) In there, there's 2 tabs, one for Friends and one for Players. If you want to add someone who is in the game, then go into Players and pick their name, add em, click your heels 3x and POOF, you're set :D
