To those of you who thought you would recieve free controllers from Microsoft, take a look at this...

The Xbox Prize Shop will be officially launching on 12/17. With the Prize Shop you will have the opportunity to exchange the training points you’ve earned taking Xbox training modules for great prizes. The Prize Shop shelves will be stocked with Xbox logo merchandise including t-shirts, Xbox carrying bags, and accessories. The Prize Shop will also feature Xbox first party games and accessories and grand prizes too big to mention.

Information posted to the Xbox Retail Team site originally indicated that the Prize Shop would launch on 11/1. After an internal review we realized that we could not deliver a quality ordering and fulfillment process within our original timeline and decided to move the launch of the Prize Shop. We are committed to delivering a great online training experience and fully expect to deliver on that promise with the launch of the prize shop on 12/17.

This kinda implies that you could very well recieve free controllers and accessories, but to me it seems most likely that you "won" some crappy Microsoft apperal. Did you notice the way they said they could not deliver a quality ordering and fulfillment process withing their orginal timeline? Maybe that was the day all those people lied and signed up to get free stuff. I hope this offers some help to some of you.

I wouldn't mind a pair of XBOX sneaks. I'd even pay for them.

I dont know about about sneakers, but that Xbox jacket looks pretty tight. I'd agree with Hugh Jass though, I'd pay for that apparel.
