on this site, in PGR codes there is one for raven. but i don't know where/how to enter it...

The Raven code is for Amped, not PGR. In Amped, enter RidinwRaven in the cheats menu to use Raven as your boarder.

They must have posted it under the PGR cheats by mistake.
