What is the best LCD screen that hooks up to the back of the xbox?

Don't get it. It's horrible. It's made by Intec. I had one and had to take it back because it was faulty. Then the second was faulty as well. The craftsmanship sucks really bad and the lighting is bad unless your in one certain position in front of it. So if you plan on playing with another player, forget it. The sound sucks as well. Do yourself a favor and forget about it.

and my friend has a screen and it's great but i just wanna know which is best...i never said i have 160 dollars and ask what should i buy

It's best just to buy a good LCD screen and make yourself an attachment for the xbox. Sure it's more expensive, but you'll get 100% better quality... plus you get to pick the size you want. You should be able to get them from just about any place that sells TV's... check it out.
