E3 Prediction Thread

When is E3 ? May 22nd?? May 23rd??? I dunno.. somewhere around there, but the fact of the matter is... its getting close.

Like most companies... Microsoft won't be revealing anything to the public until e3 starts. its been like this since nintendo started the "silent" approach years ago.

So what do you predict is going to happen?

Is Microsoft going to steal the show?
What games do you suppose will be announced?
What game will get a lot of hype??
Cancellation of the gamecube system??




I predict that MS is going to go crazy with their rare division games. They announced Rare last year, and this year, theyre goign to prove that the purchase was a good investment.

Counterstrike... we haven't heard much yet... could the game be released this year? I think so!

Xbox Lite? With the different bundles in systems going right now... i can see MS adding another console bundle to the mix. Itll be like PSOne and PSx.

Finally: We haven't heard much from the whole Vivendi thing. Could it be EA? Could it be Microsoft? Is it nothing at all. I dont know what to think about this situation.

But it doesn't really matter. Most companies will expand on any titles they revealed recently. I hope there will be some new Star Wars games, since Jedi Academy was announced recently too.

EA will probably announce Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King and maybe a new Bond game (based on Die Another Day). MS will probably expand on Halo 2 and Fable (hopefully some new trailers). Otherwise, most games are unknown. I also hope that SEGA will announce Shenmue III and Crazy Taxi 4.

DOA4 will be showed at E3 & the ps2 & gc fanboys will be *****ing because It's XBox only. BioWare will be showing off there 2nd RPG for the XBox.

There will talk of BioWare working on the story line for KOTOR2.

Buffy2 will be showed off at E3.

Well the usual, halo 2 and fable. Than hopefully a demo of code cronus that will eventually be released in oxm. The big sports titles by ms. Hopefully something good on the rare titles like PD0, maybe from sega some news on a new Panzer Dragoon and Jet Set Radio, That big announcement about the new Digital Extremes game. And maybe splinter cell 2.

I have a feeling microsoft has a new RPG to show off at E3.

And a new Star wars game will be showed off(thats coming out for the XBox).

And they will be showing Quake4 for the PC & XBox at E3.

I'm hoping to hear some info on Loose Cannon. Its kinda been a mysterious announcement in the first place. All I know is that its going to be something like GTA3, but thats about it.

I also want to see more on Fable and.... maybe a Halo 2 release date?
