I am not sure how this goes, but i see that a lot of people on my friends list go as "Appear Offline" is this a common thing for people to do? I also see that I can invite them to a game, but they are "offline"

I don't know much people who appear offline..but yeah, you can send invites to people who are really offline..so if they come online, and you're still in the game..they can just come right in.

When I am playing some sort of league game I always switch to offline so I dont get bombarded with invites. Or in the case of MotoGP people I know dont flood the league race.

I don't know of many people that show off line unless they are (as cougar said), playing a league/clan match and don't want to be interrupted. As for sending invites to people off-line, as was already stated, it's for when they come on, they'll have that invite waiting for them. Basically, it comes down to, do you want to be bothered or do you care? Most people don't care unless you stalk them.:eek:

yeah, i only appear offline if I'm in a clan match, playing a sports game, or being bombarded by invites while to to play GR (Died countless times by checking my invite and being killed, expecially on the small stronghold for some reason. I really suck @ that map. Or any map for that matter. I havent played GR in a t least a month.
