Its a **** version but yes you can the cities list didnt even have louisville, bastards.

it has a create team version where u can pick what they look like(visor, shoes) and name the players but i think u can only do it with teams already in the nfl so u can make a team with ur players. I don't know about changing stats though.


My neighbor has it, im played it and it's pretty good, graphics rock, almost real but i think that blitz 2000 fer' me dreamcast is more fun. Id suggest getting blitz 2002 for the x-box.

NFL Fever is great...I love this game. Once you pass dynasty mode, you can unlock a special team...trade players, etc...I haven't messed around trying to see if you can create a player, yet...Whenever I put that mamma jamma in my XBox, I can't help myself from wanting to play right away! :D
