I had a few dirty disk error messages last week so I called Xbox support and they told me to clean the game and I asked them if I could clean the Xbox lens using a DVD (dry brush type) lens cleaner and they said once or twice per year. BTW has anyone used the lens cleaner with the small brushes?
OK that part I've posted here but when I used Xbox chat (I've used it before) to ask a question the rep types back that they only support "pre-sales" online and to call the number. So why do they even have the chat feature now?
