Split Screen Question

Been trying to play Ghost split -scrteen with the father inlaw this week. Problem is, he plays with his Y axis inverted and mine is not. It appears that you can use diffrent control schemes because when you start he game with split screen you can select a dosier. But, we always seem to have one control scheme or the other...?...

Am I missing something? Is this another case of user error?

Can split screen play have different control schemes? Help.

Yes. You have to create different dossiers depending on which scheme you want. For example, create your dossier with your controls labeled: Player1. Then create another dossier with your friend's controls labeled: Player2. Now, create a multiplayer game (reguardless of dossier). Once you get the the player slot selection, you choose a slot and then your friend should choose a slot. Then once you went up and your friend went down, go left or right to select your dossier with the control scheme.
