FPS or 3rd person shooter

which is better? i just found out max paine is going to be 3rd person shooter
i seem to think a fps shooter is a better perspective

not for a game with max payne. Max Payne is like a story you are acting out. It feels more like a story if you see yourself and your surroundings better. You will get used to it.

i feel that the third person view in Max payne fits it well,Gives you more of sense of your surroundings and whats going on a little more...I enjoy both as long as they are done really well.And max payne is done pretty good.....:D

I prefer fp over 3rd, but the bullet time in max payne wouldn't have the right effect in fp.

Fp bullet time wouldnt be near as good.
