This is exactly the reason why I camped out for 13 1/2 hours...yes, I was pooped for a couple days...and, quite honestly, I could not play my XBox efficiently due to be so overwhelmingly tired...but, my rest was assured, I owned the XBox :D Ever since I caught up on my rest, I have been in a state of euphoria :D

Is it REALLY that hard to find them in the stores? I haven't tried since I got mine on launch day but I keep hearing that Microsoft sends new shipments weekly. 1.1 million shipped and another 100,000 every week and people STILL can't find one?

Another explanation is that the bidders are wealthy and just don't care what it costs.

Good point, Hugh...My nephews purchased one with no problems last week...but, they had to do it on-line because every store in the Seattle area are sold out. I keep hearing that XBoxes cannot make it to the shelves before they are sold!

I went to Toys R Us yesterday and they had over 60 LameCubes and sold out of their XBox inventory because people camped out! No one camped out for the LameCubes, as the Toys R Us Manager explained to me :D

I got my xbox bundle w/3 games and controller for $510 at ebgames.com and it only took about a week to recieve it.

Camping out is always good because in 50 years I can tell my grandkids who are playing the Xbox20 that I got my Xbox1 the day it came out at 12:11am and they will think I was the coolest person alive!

Let me add this...I think Im gonna play through Munch's Odyssey now so I can sell it for $40 and buy Amped or Azurik for $10

people..... xbox is not hard to get in a store!!!! they get more like every week. there is always someplace within 10 mins of me that has 1 in. dont waste $ on ebay. you can easily get one in a store. just try it

Hopefully u guys are smart enough not to get an xbox on ebay. I am. I know that its 300.00 dollars.

I remember one time my friend told me, "Hey, at ebay they got xboxes for only $400.00!!! That so cheap!!"

Any informed gamer definatley will not buy an XBox off Ebay for any more than 300 bones...

I work part-time at a electronics retailer and I can tell you that whenever we get XBoxes in stock, we still have campers lining up!

I almost got one off of eaby, i won the auction for like $500 (It was a bundle) and later i looked back at the site and the seler was unregisterd, so i didnt want to pay him cause he was kicked off ebay. Then for the next week or so he was onlne like ALL THE TIME waiting to tell me i HAVE to pay or he would sue me, eventually i changd my screename then got one at gamestop.com the next day, shiped in bout a weekk or so with no problem. Now ebay scares me.

LOL...dude, no kidding! Yep, you definately have to be registered to sell...so, don't worry about that nitwit...It's kind of like getting into a car accident that is your fault and you accidentally hit an uninsured motorist. The best thing to do is show the birdie and go on you marry way :D They can't do anything :p
