good story? who cares, I dont buy games to watch some movies and do quests that I dont feel like doing in the first place...hopefully its open-ended...or at least something like diablo
Ya, the game definitely looks like its got a really interesting story that changes depending on if you choose to be tempted to the dark side or be a light jedi. I can't wait to play it!
Its also got some pretty sweet looking mini-games that I'm really looking forward to. Theres the turrets on your ship, swoop-bike racing and a card game called Pazzak. I'm personally really looking forward to the Pazzak game. I really liked the card game in FF9, so I hope it will be just as fun or even better!

I agree that gameplay is generally more important than story, ut isn't good gameplay made better when you actually care about what's going on?

If every cut sceen was just a bunch of Jedi's sitting around farting i'd be pretty dissapointed. Storys are pretty important in RPG's IMO.

Actually, many game stores are looking to have them on Tuesday. Lucas Arts wants them to hold them until Wednesday, but there isn't much they can do about it if retailers decide to sell them early.
A clerk at my local funcoland said they were planning to send guys up to Indy (their distribution center, I guess) to bring the game in early.

Actually they can get fined, sometimes HUGE fines for selling a game early. The retaillers get the games in early so that when the release date comes, they allready have the game/games in stock.
But, this game is going to rock.
