I read that downloadable content from Xbox Live may have a small fee to download if its a bigger file. Well, has anyone been charged for downloading yet? If so, how much and what type of file or size of file was it?

There haven't been any fees yet, or any announced for DLC

In an interview with the maker of RTCW said he like the idea of making you pay for DLC so maybe if they make another batch of stuff for it we will have to pay:(

 What's the link to this alleged article? Thanks, because I've heard nothing about it. I don't think a lot of publishers are going to push their developers into making cheap ($0.50-.3.00) map, character, etc. packs exclusively for Xbox (especially since not everyone will buy it), because it's a lot more profitable to start working on another $50 game or sequel.
