Is there neway i can hook my XBOX up to my home LAN and move my MP3's on its harddrive?

As far as I know there is no way to do it via LAN. I always have to move my mp3's via CD-RW's. Maybe that Music Mixer thing they showed in OXM might allow you to move your mp3's to the system but I highly doubt it.

you'll have to wait until the Xbox Music Mixer comes out to directly dump mp3's onto the xbox's hard drive....this is probably the biggest appeal to most....i know my music list on my xbox will grow tenfold once i get the music mixer

Thats what i am waiting for. To finally get all my mp3's on the box without having to constantly use my cd-rw. I got tired of that a looooooooong time ago.

XBOx converts the music from the audio on a CD to WMA, not to MP3. It is either via a modded xbox or converting an MP3 to WAV to record to a normal audio CD, then letting the XBOX rip it...
