Can DLC be copied to a Memory Card?

No, but you can download content through another person's Gamertag. So if you have a friend with Xbox Live, take your Xbox over his house, let him/her enter in their Gamertag, and start downloading.

I've never tried downloading content to a memory card... One would think it would work, though...that is, if the content was less than 8megs of information. I've always just done it to my hard-drive...

But, it appears that Bluefire has tried it...so, I would say that it's probably not possible.

you could always go pick up an OXM, they have some DLC in there latest issue
