Unreal 2 wasnt that good on pc so i am not really looking forward to it. UC didnt turn out that great either. It was a port off of UT 2003 and it showed.

I was a little surprised when I saw those. Unreal 2 looks so good on PC, but it doesn't seem to look all that great on the Xbox.

hmm, not to thrilled with those shots, but i've already played it on the PC, so i really doubt i get it for the xbox since i'm sure it will be pretty much exactly the same.

I thought Unreal 2 was a terrible game. It felt more like a tech demo than a game to me.

Hopefully the same thing doesn't happen to Doom III. I really want to play that game in a true DD 5.1 environment, but I don't want it to look like crap either.

It wont look like crap, the alpha demo that was leaked out plays and looks great on my system. The sound is also good and this was released a while ago. If the game improves like it should...wow its gonna be awesome.

I haven't played Unreal II on the PC yet, but, I hear that it is unbeliebably sweet. I'll likely rent this one and see it for myself :)

This looks sweet. It's exactly what I'd envision PC Unreal 2 like if it were running on a standard tv. Now if it supported true HDTV, that'd be awesome. Even my computer can't support that high of a resolution.

As far as story driven FPS's go, Unreal 2 is about the darned best sci fi one available. It's going to be even better on xbox with Live support.

As soon as I saw the title of this thread I flinched. I knew it'd go butt ugly... My dad has Unreal2 runnin on his P4 2.4GHz GeForce FX and it looks gorgeous... of course, it looks watered down... I mean, REALLY watered down. :(

I'd like to see a PS2 version of it :D Just for kicks. :D

lol. uhh rentable is all ihave to say. i heard its a very cookie cutter story, and the graphics are great......on pc.

i highly doubt if unreal 2 supports live as there isn't any multiplayer component. Unless they redesigned the entire game from scratch and added multiplayer ability.

So anyway, yeah. I was reading (can't remember where) that Unreal 2 will support Xbox Live on Xbox. This isn't very far fetched since the dev team for the pc version is releasing a patch that introduces multiplayer. This was all probably from gamespydaily.com but don't take my word on that.
