Chateau – Due out August 6
The third installment of Castle Wolfenstein downloadable maps features an imposing chateau with a complex maze of hallways and rooms. The Allies are out to locate a set of battle plans somewhere in the chateau and transmit the information from the radio room. The Axis soldiers are prepared to stop the Allies at all costs. A multitude attack methods present themselves throughout the chateau: Access the roof for a clean line of sight down below. Hold forward reinforcement position near the Grand Staircase to guard clear entry and exit. Remember to use your compass: if you lose yourself in the intricate web of hallways, you may not be able to find your way back. Supports Objective, Stopwatch, and Elimination modes.

I hope you guys realize that these maps are already on the disc. All the "download" does is unlock it from your disc. Why do you think it only takes a half second?

What does it matter? It's still brand new and isn't on the PC version.

It's on the PC.

But anyway, I like that they did this..it gives me something to look forward too. Plus, I like the idea that it gives more replaybility. The only thing I don't want to happen is them getting carried away with it.

Didn't notice. I found it in my map folder now that you say it, but no one is hosting servers. That's odd, my bad. To make up for it if you'd like to see some Chateau sneak peak screenshots from the PC version. I asked a friend to put them on his site.

I've been so busy with KOTOR and MM3 I haven't even tried out "Safe" yet, and now here comes a 3rd download/unlock. Too much Xbox goodness.
