Anyone else loves this game?

I'm at the 3rd level in campaign. It's a blast! The ambiance sounds is even better than Ghost Recon. I love the new weapons! I have some kind of Uzi gun. EEK!

I hope I can get it soon. GR is one of my favorite xbox games. Are there many servers on xbl yet?

My XBL is messed, so I haven't been fortunate enough to play on Live. I got it today (finally) and I haven't put it down until now basically. It is sooo much fun. I love how it has those trucks that always drive by with guys. Shooting out the tires is cool too. Sooo much better than the original IMO. Plus, EB was giving out 10 mail in rebates with it, is this Canadian only? Or is the same thing going on in the US?

My GameStop gave no mail in rebates and I paid $49.

Try shooting tires, they will deflate:D I paid 59.99 CDN, and I get 10 off. So I basically paid $49.99 CDN ($36.00 USD roughly).

I finally picked GR: IT late last night...In fact, it still has the plastic on it...I can't wait to bust this bad boy out and ramping up some weapons to take on-line.

I rented GR once but got turned off, because I was spawn-killed about a dozen times, the first game I jumped into. Very annoying. It didn't seem noob-friendly at all.

But these early impressions are making me want to give GRIT a try. I didn't realize the single-player was interesting in itself.

Eh, I have Ghost Recon and dont need an upgrade. I'll rent it though and give it a run with ya'll one weekend.

Should i get ghost recon before i get IT, or does it not matter? Ive been meaning to get it, just never got around to it. But now i definitely want to get island thunder.

Ghost Recon IT is so sweet. I was hosting until 3am last night :D

I love this game, i'll be on all night tonight :cheers: Since i need to up at 7am tomorrow for a network job i have to take care of downtown :o

I need to hurry up and get some more missions out of the way on Ghost Recon so I can justify buying the Island Thunder.
I can't wait! I'm so hooked on this game now. Jack Stone, you the man.

Theres tons of servers on GR: IT already. Every time i go on thers at least 8 servers that can host 12 (at the least) people and theres tons of severs hosting 1-10 people. Its f***ing awesome! :cheers:

just get island thunder. alot of ppl are playing this game instead of the origional one.

I didn't like the orginal because of connection problems (not a lot of servers, even though many existed) and lack of a cancel button when joining a game. Also the lag was a problem even with a small number of people. Any of those problems fixed? If so, I might pick it up. Anyone sincerely mad that UbiSoft revoked it's $10 rebate?
