Here at XBA, it says the release date is Sept 1, 2003, is that because it's released in the fall? Or is that the actual confirmed release date?

on amazon.com it says Oct. 18th, and on gamestop.com it says oct. 28th, so i think in october it will be out

I'm hoping for October. I've heard a number of PC gamers say that this game is excellent, and I'm really looking forward to playing it on my Xbox.

wut i dont understand is when Maximum Chase is gonna be released, they started hyping it shortly after xbox was released, or maybe even before xbox was released

I think I heard of that game a long time ago, but never cared about it. I'd rather play Mafia anyways :)
