Well, will you want to play with the darkness Spawn or Link ? You choose which one you want then buy the version you want. :p

Let's see, I'm assuming you won't be on a tv that can take advantage of 480p or 720p with the Xbox version so here is a comparison at a regular tv screen res of 480i:

Hey! it's Leo!... Both consoles will do an exceptional job Imho. Also, which character makes a difference to you? xbox gets spawn and so on. Btw leo how is your research on B.C coming along?

What kind of question is that on a Xbox forums? Anyway, go with the game that will give you the more options you can take advantage of.

EGM said that GC has the worst version, because of the control. They said the only reason to get it is if you're a hardcore link fan.

Xbox, they said had the best control(Controller S), or at least even to PS2's, best graphics, and least loading times.

Well.... The OXM video looks awesome! I finally know the release date for B.C. it comes out on Spring 2004. Now I have to wait a while, actually I forgot about B.C.. Besides there are other great game that come out in 2003 like Soul Calibur 2, Spawn, Ninja Gaiden, The suffering, Dino Crisis 3, Voodoo Vince, True Crime streets of LA. So there is bunch of other great stuff now to have fun! And eventually time will come for Halo 2, Half-Life 2, Doom 3 and of course B.C., these are the most important games on my list! 3 First-Person Shooter and B.C. I have the money, all i have to do is wait! Period!

when it comes down to graphics, the slightest difference in both games shouldn't affect your overall decision. you should choose based onn which character you like more: Link or Spawn.

For me, I'd choose the xbox version. Not because of Spawn, but because i only have an xbox :D

720p on my HDTV will look sweet with the XBox version! That's awesome! I had no idea that the game was in 720p. Also, now that I have a 5.1 Surround Sound system, it's an easy decision...but, then again, I don't have a Purple Barbie Easy Bake Oven :D

All that aside, I'd still go with the XBox version since the GameCube controller is not exactly tailored for fighting games like the traditional diamond pattern button scheme like the S-type or even the PoS2 controller.

Max, one bad part about SCII's 720p is that they decided to windowbox it, meaning it is 4x3 720p and you will have black bars on the sides. :mad: I will probably just stick to 16x9 480p.

You got me. The standard for 720p means it is 16x9 as well. Why they would go against standards doesn't make sense. :huh:
