are Midtown Madness 3's graphics as good on Live as in single player?

I rented this game and the graphics blew me away. I am considering getting Live for this game. But I watched a video of the game on OXM's August disc, and it didn't look nearly as good as what I'd been playing. It made me wonder, are the graphics not as good on Live as on the single player game? I don't want to get it if it doesn't look as good.

The graphics wouldn't change on any game just because it's online.

I know it seems like they would be the same, I just don't understand why that video on the OXM disc looked so bad and I thought maybe it was because it was online. Maybe the lighting effect was turned off or something. Have either of you played it online? Can someone confirm that the graphics are as good?

yes they are good there as good as they are off line the only prob i have with it is that theres no traffec online
