What XBox Live game you playing now?

When I had time before, I was playing Ghost Recon ( original version ). I recently got MidTown Madness and starting playing that on XBox Live.

I was considering getting another Live-Enabled game and was curious to find out what game everyone was playing ( and therefore which one I should consider getting ).

I am sure that there is an active thread on this ( point me to it if there is one ), but what XBox Live game are you now wasting your waking hours playing?

I suggest that you either get Unreal Championship, or Return To Castle Wolfenstein. Those are the most popular Xbox Live games right now.

I'm not sure I'd agree with that. RTCW, maybe a popular one, but I don't think I've seen anyone on UC anytime recently. GR : IT on the other hand is definetly a popular one. Also, since you're throwing your clan info out there, if you think you're team's strong enough, why not sign-up for the DDC tourney?:cheers:

I own both Mechassault & UC plus a XBL kit, but I have to wait to friday to play online with my XBox.

Iv'e had it since it first came out, plus I have 7 XBox Live games! I also own 2 starterkits!

The DDC actually avoids UC like the plague. It has too low of graphic quality and too low on the frame rate causing jerky motions in addition to too many people using obvious cheats. To sum it up...almost all of us think that it's one steaming pile of crap! :yikes: Now that is funny!:rofl:

As for not owning XBox Live, I was a beta tester as were 3 or 4 of the DDC. We all love it, but it's still not the end all and be all of gaming. There are still obvious bugs to be worked out!

I have ben waiting for a Cable modem or dsl that's why I hadn't used my XBL kit. And now I can get a Cable modem where I live.

I could have used the hack along time ago to play with my 56k but I didn't. I have ben waiting on Comcast & SBC for a long time for a high con.

Nope. Sorry. A lot of us have it, but we just never found the game very satisfying. Most of us like the realism of GR and GR : IT. We'll play a bit of RTCW sometimes, but otherwise, you'll be finding us on ESPN NFL and Rainbow 6 in the next couple of months. Those and GR:IT!

Crimson Skies is definetly one on our lists after E3! I loved that game and I know a lot of the rest of the DDC did too!:cheers:

Are you getting Project Gotham Racing 2 or Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy or Dead or Alive Online?

Most Frequently played:

Ghost Recon : Island Thunder
RTCW

Still Played but not as often:

Ghost Recon ( Original )
Unreal Championship
Mech Assault
Midtown Madness ??

There are some that play the Sports games....but not as much compared to the First Person shooter games.

I will probably end up getting RTCW in the near future.

Okay......what is the next big Xbox Live game that is coming out?

Isn't CounterStrike coming out before Christmas?

The next big, and it's going to be the big one for a while, is Halo2! ( deffenentley )

Halo 2 won't be out until at least sprint 2k4. The next big thing could be a number of titles. I can honestly say that rainbow 6 is an amazing game, and will be up there. But you also have Doom 3, half life 2, counter strike, Project Gotham 2, Crimson Skies, well...as you can see, a lot.:yikes:

I think Midtown Madness 3 is a lot more popular than the responses on this thread would suggest.
