IGN NFL2k4 Review!!

Well about time they did the damn review. Only took them a day after the game came out:D Review (http://xbox.ign.com/articles/436/436815p1.html) They gave it a modest score of 9.3 compared to the 9.4 of madden. Personally i think it should have been given a 9.5 since of live compatability but the lack of extras compared to madden kept the score down imo.

Gamespot gave ESPN a 9.3, and a Madden 9.2

They said something like "While Madden is the most realistic, ESPN is the most exciting football game on the planet.:)

Madden is horrible. The graphics are lame. The menus are old. Even the commentary is the same as last year. The replays are in a small screen. There is no way madden should score that high.

I don't neccisarily(sp?) hate the fact that Madden gets a higher score every year. What I hate is the fact that Multi-plat games always get the same score. I'm sorry, but if ESPN NFL Football get's a 9.3 on PS2, it should at least get a 9.4 on the Xbox because of the communicator, friends list etc.

Yeah i agree with you Jerred. Also, i hate it when they have 2 diffrent reviewers for the ps2 madden and xbox madden or any other muli game. They should have the same guy do all the titles so we get a straight opinion for one guy.
