Xbox live is one of the best things to hit gaming in a long time. I just got it a month ago and I'm hooked, but would like to buy some new games pretty much only for the online play can you guys give me some reviews of games, but only games online and not the single player stuff. I think more reviewers need to have online ratings because it adds some much to a game. thanks

We even have a convient list of all Live titles. (http://www.xboxaddict.com/xbox_live/title_list.php)

I'm moving this over the the Live forum.

My choice for best Live game: Return to Castle Wolfenstien

Activision was the first to nearly perfect online play for the Xbox. You would swear they were a first party publisher. You want features? They have them!

- Ranking system that dwarfs the competition. Want to see how well your best friend is playing on live, it gives you the option. Dont play stopwatch much, and want to seperate stats simply by elimination? Yup. Want to see your kill/death ratio for the month? They got you covered. It also gives you the ability to see statistics in the middle of the game. No need to go to the lobby to see stats. You get the idea.

- In most other Live games, there is a short period of voice lag. Your friend might say he needs your help badly on the bridge in Unreal, but by the time you get there its too late. Not in RTCW. You say it, they hear it. You truly appreciate it after playing PSO.

- Lieutenants and soldiers and medics oh my! Call for medic in Ghost Recon, ok, keep calling. Where in the world is that medic? In this game you can call for medic two ways. You can press left on the dpad or just yell at that wuss medic thats scared to get shot at. Team play is essential. All classes are equally important. Simply figure out which one fits your style of play.

- About 20 maps to play on. You will find yourself playing in any one map for many hours at a time. The enemy intelligence isnt artificial anymore (although some people arent to bright). No two runs at the other team are the same.

Well, thats my mini-review for RTCW. The single player is fun but there are other better choices for Xbox. Enjoy the game if you do decide to purchase. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
