3rd party controller help

Ok my brother has an intec x controller. A couple days ago we were playing soul calibur(hes a button masher). By accident he hit the program button and didnt notice then he starts pushing every button at random. Well after the round i noticed the had the button on so he turned it off and now all the buttons on the controller are all messed up. Does any one know how to reset the controller setting to regular?

my suggestion is: don't buy crappy third party peripherals.

always buy first party stuff.

is there a manual to that thing? possibly find the website to that company? im sure they have some sort of troubleshooting information on their webpage.

what about tech support or sompin? i doubt that they have it for a controller, who knows though.

First of all koopa it was at no fault to the controller it was my brother

And Fosho thanks for the help but he lost the book a long time ago if it even came with one and i can find anything on the internet i tried that before posting
