Azurik - Help with vibration force fields in the Water & Fire realms

I need help with the vibration force fields in the Water & Fire realms, directly behind both of them are fragments of the elements. I have yet to figure out how to pass these vibration force fields.

Any help is appreciated!

How do you pass Ice Blocks?
How do you pass the fire walls?
it'll SMASH you in the head if you think about it a little,..

Well, here's what I have so far....
I have the Water, Fire and Air elemental powers. So far I have not been able to find the combination that will let me pass. If I could have a little more help I would be thankful!
