It appears that those in the US who have purchased the Steel Battalion controller directly from Capcom have been contacted by the company via e-mail about Line of Contact beta test plans in the States.
Those who respond to Capcom's e-mail and meet certain criteria will be considered for the beta test. Only 100 US citizens will be selected.
