Err... I don't think you necessarily HAVE to tweak it to go faster, but if you want it to go faster, check the XBox hacking websites. :p

You can only make it write Cd's to the HD faster. THats the only hack as of now. You save like 19 seconds..

u can also put a new ata cable from the hard drive to the cd drive to make games load faster
